I called Acer America to check the repairing status for TM292LCi. The package had been delivered to them on May 10 and they are testing the laptop, no help needs from me. The whole repair process is confirmed to take about 10 days. Once the laptop is fixed, they will send me an email with the tracking number in it. I guess I will just wait for the email. If I don't get it by May 20th, I can phone them then.
